I first met Andrew Bird 5yrs ago in hospital after my Stoma operation .. now I have been talking him again after 5yrs , he listens and no question is too much trouble for him to answer.. I find him very reassuring.

Nothing to improve. As stated in my main review, Andrew Bird is an outstanding nurse, who couldn't have been more helpful. This is what I wrote about him in the main review: Andrew Bird with NAMS was and has been incredibly helpful, has vast knowledge re stoma, he explained things really well and took the time to make sure I had got what I needed out of the appointment. Andrew Bird has given me invaluable support and advice, and I can't praise him highly enough! You and we really are lucky to have him working for the NHS.

This nurse was caring beyond the call of duty. He has a perfect bedside manner, is patient, excellent at explaining and together with a sense of humour he is without doubt the most helpful and kindest we have come across in a long time. We would recommend him to anyone.
